上次在釜山玩，走到南浦洞的時候完全沒打算去做什麼，只是路過光復路，肚子還沒餓，就想說反正有空，上去看看。
就這樣隨意走進了釜山JRYN皮膚科南浦店，結果一待就是兩個小時，出來之後皮膚是那種很服帖、很安靜的感覺，沒有什麼腫脹，也沒有發紅。回台灣之後一直惦記著，後來又找機會去了一次。
把這兩次的細節都記在這邊，給有機會去釜山的人參考。
Meeting Busan JRYN in Nampo-dong: An unplanned first experience with cosmetic surgery
說真的，我對醫美診所一直有點警戒心。以前在台北做過一次光療，全程都在被推銷療程，做完臉很乾，走出去太陽直射還有點刺痛。
所以那次去釜山JRYN南浦店，真的不是「慕名而去」，更像是路過、好奇、進去問問。前台接待我的是一位會說中文的助理，她沒有立刻問我要做什麼，而是先問我最近皮膚有什麼困擾，然後幫我約了面診。
等待大概15分鐘左右。診間不大，但很安靜，院長進來之後先用一個皮膚檢測儀掃了我全臉——毛孔狀態、油水比例、深層含水量都出來了。她看了之後說，我的T區偏油、兩頰偏乾，這種皮膚不適合直接做激光，先做修復基底才對。
我有點沒想到她不直接推熱門項目，就這樣，對這間診所的信任感一下子上來了很多。
How easy is it to find the location of the Nampo branch of Busan JRYN Dermatology?
這點我必須說一下，因為找到診所這件事本身就挺有趣。
- It is only about a 3-minute walk after getting off the subway. Take Busan Subway Line 1 and get off at Nampo Station. Exit via Exit 4, and then walk in the direction of Jude-ro – you will soon see the signboard. There is no need to ask for directions in Korean; just use a map for navigation and you will arrive on time.
- On the 10th and 11th floors. As soon as the elevator doors open, you’ll come across the reception area, which is wider than expected. The waiting area is equipped with several leather chairs and a small storage rack, and the overall decor features light gray and white tones, creating no sense of pressure that might make one think “this will cost a lot of money”.
- Nampo-dong is originally one of the most central shopping areas in Busan. The Gwangbok-ro Pedestrian Street and Lotte Department Store are both located in the vicinity. If the recovery period after the treatment is short, it is completely possible to continue shopping without affecting your travel plans. This is particularly important for tourists.
- There are discounts for parking. Customers who drive their own cars can enjoy two hours of free parking, but it is recommended to check with the clinic in advance to confirm whether there have been any changes to this policy.
我那次是中午前到的，診所人不多，很快就輪到我。後來有一次是週六早上去的，因為週六只開到下午三點，所以我特別提早，避免趕不上。
What services does the Busan JRYN Nampo branch offer? What makes it different from other places?
這間南浦店不是那種「什麼都可以做」的綜合醫美，感覺更像是有自己的專注方向。
- Titanium Lifting (Titan RF) is currently their main anti-aging treatment. The principle behind it involves combining high-frequency radio waves, HIFU ultrasound, and Titanium energy waves to act on the fascia layer. Instead of providing superficial thermal stimulation, this treatment reorganizes the Collagen in the deeper layers of the skin. I asked the director of the clinic, and she said that this treatment is more suitable for the fascia thickness of Asians compared to traditional ultrasonic facelifts, making it less likely to result in an appearance that looks tight but appears artificial.
- Glass whitening (Cryocell composite laser) is a highly recommended treatment in the field of cosmetic dermatology. This procedure uses a composite laser combined with Cryocell technology to cool and deliver the whitening ingredients deeper into the skin, thereby inhibiting the production of melanin. After the treatment, there is no need for isolation; you can go out immediately, although applying a healing mask may be advisable. After I had this treatment, I went out for some barbecue and experienced no issues at all.
- For hyaluronic acid injections, we use the Rejuran series, which comes in three types: the black box (for repair), the white box (for whitening), and the blue box (for anti-aging). The prices are clearly labeled, and the choice of which product to use depends on the condition of your skin; the clinic director will provide direct recommendations accordingly.
- Low-energy laser Lifting is a lesser-known treatment option, particularly suitable for sensitive skin or skin that tends to flush during season changes. Using a 590nm wavelength and combined with a cold compress mask made of tencel and silk, the uncomfortable feeling of heat and tightness subsides quickly after the treatment. I asked the front desk staff, and they mentioned that some customers saw their skin’s moisture content increase from 32% to 48% after just three treatments. This statistic left a deep impression on me.
- Intelligent micro-bubble cleansing is a basic skincare treatment that requires some technical expertise. The probes used in this procedure have a double-helix design, and the suction force is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the skin, ensuring that the Pores are not damaged. 這是我去之前最擔心的事情，因為在韓國有些觀光區的診所確實有「外國人加價」的情況。
- The Nampo branch of JRYN strictly adheres to the policy of equal prices for Chinese and foreign customers. The quotation sheet shown to me at the front desk was exactly the same as the price list posted on the wall; I checked this carefully and confirmed that there was no so-called “foreigner version” of the prices. - No additional fees were charged after the procedure. The amount settled at the time of payment was exactly what had been agreed upon during the initial consultation; there were no extra items such as “consumable costs” or “translation fees.” I waited with particular anxiety, and when I saw that the amount was indeed as agreed, I let out a sigh of relief.
- Consumption rewards points: For each purchase amounting to 100,000 Korean won or more, 10% of the amount will be converted into reward points for use in future transactions. After my first purchase, a friend from Taiwan said she also wanted to try this service, so I haven’t used these reward points yet – but at least I know this system exists.

What should I pay attention to when visiting the JRYN Nampo store in Busan for the first time? It is recommended to do these things before entering.
- It’s important to determine in advance the direction you want to pursue, but don’t be too rigid about it. Before going, think about what your main skin concerns are at the moment – is it dullness? Loose skin? Sensitivity or redness? Having a clear goal will help the consultation proceed more smoothly. However, there’s no need to insist on a specific treatment; the doctor may recommend different options based on the results of your skin examination.
- Do not wear makeup when entering. You need to have your face bare before a consultation, and this is even more true when undergoing any treatment. - For some medical services under South Korea’s health insurance system, foreigners are not charged.
